I have been united with the arts since 1978. In 1982, I started my studies at the Arts Academy in Warsaw, and graduated in 1987 with distinction. Since then, I have been painting professionally.

I work on sculptures and art graphics. Painting always was, and still is, the most important thing in my life. Over the years, I’ve had a variety of inspirations, and I frequently use these in my paintings. I often come back to certain landscapes in order to encompass specific characteristics and unique light situations in my paintings.

Previously, my paintings have been more abstract; now I am more inclined to produce more readable forms as well. During the last few years, I have begun to paint human figures, mostly woman. With these paintings, I try to create some tension and emotion between the characters.

Most of my art is in private collections and galleries throughout Poland, Japan, and Canada.
